Description
Position Purpose
Maintains assigned areas of the community in a sanitary, orderly and attractive condition by performing various repetitive tasks using necessary equipment and supplies.
Principal Accountabilities and Essential Duties of the Job
- Daily cleaning of rooms, halls and areas as assigned. Completes work orders as assigned.
- Hard surface floors are refinished as scheduled. Hard surface floors are buffed and/or burnished according to schedule.
- Carpeted areas are extracted as scheduled or needed.
- The trash is picked up and taken to the dumpster as scheduled or needed.
- Performs weekend duties on a scheduled and rotating basis.
Qualifications
- High School or GED
- Must be physically able to lift or move heavy items on a consistent basis. Floor care experience is preferred.
Pay Rate: $12-$13.00/hr
